Return & Exchange Policy

At Assault, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a transparent and hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used laptops and desktops are covered under our limited warranty, not eligible for general returns unless there is a technical defect reported within 3 days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Software and licensing products

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Consumables (like thermal paste, cleaning kits) once opened

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Visit our store with the item and original invoice.

  2. Our team will inspect the product.

  3. If approved, you can choose a replacement or a store credit.

🔧 For Defective Products

  • We offer on-the-spot replacement for DOA (Dead on Arrival) accessories.

  • For items under warranty, we’ll assist you with repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s policy.
